Payment Arrangements
To facilitate the payment process, you will receive a payment link offering various payment options. A deposit of either 20% or 100% of the accommodation cost is required at the time of booking (100% for bookings that are non-refundable). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Check-In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box (check the point Keys) on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e-mail address at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible.
Keys
The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. Your keys are located in a key box. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 5 days before arrival by mail.
Parking Place
1 parking place is avilable directly at the accommodation free of charge.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
For each person, a laundry set consisting of a bed sheet, a pillowcase cover, a duvet cover, and two towels is provided. Additionally, each toilet is equipped with two rolls of toilet paper.
Hygiene Products
In our rooms you will find personal care products (shower gel, shampoo, hand soap) as well as a hairdryer.
Cancellation Fee
Changes and cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free. Changes and cancellations within 30 days will be charged with 100% of the total price. A resignation must be made in written form.
